week 6

only two weeks left.
I've learned SO much from this challenge. 

I didn't hit some of the goals I wanted, but I made some real changes and that feels great.
because I've been so motivated by the accountability of this whole process
(& also motivated by a playlist that includes biebs new xmas jams)

 I'm a little nervous about what might happen when its all over...
I've been putting together some of my own ideas for an outline of healthy living, but I was hoping some of you might pitch in your two cents.

what one thing have you found to be most important in getting & staying fit?

  1. Gosh, this is tough. But I would say getting the proper amount of sleep. When you get the right amount of sleep, you WANT to go out and do things (like work out). I notice a difference when I go to bed early and get up early...as much as I hate that, I know it can change how I feel about that day.
