well ... if you don't count superbowl sunday. that was a total failure. win for the giants, but loose for my healthy eating plan.
but today I am renewed and ready for action. I've been using this awesome app (Nike Training Club) and I wanted to share it. It makes the gym so easy. scratch that the workouts are HARD, but I always feel so great afterwards. now I don't have to spend my time/energy thinking about how to workout, I just follow the instructions and rotate my workouts accordingly. I also love that it times everything out and doesn't interfere with my music. try it out. you won't be sorry!
whose super bowl party didn't ruin their diet? i wouldn't want to go to that party. but good for you for getting right back on the treadmill. i'm impressed. we have p90x tonight.ReplyDelete
